Production pillars

The two hearts of our hall.

Heidelberg and Miyakoshi are two distinct languages of modern print. The first — the precise rhythm of the sheet in offset technology. The second — the unmatched pace of UV web printing. Together they form the core of our production, every day in Porąbka.

EPSON SC-P7000.
Colour verified
before the sheet leaves the hall.

Before a sheet reaches the Heidelberg or Miyakoshi, colour is verified on the EPSON SureColor SC-P7000 — the reference device for contract proofing. The 10-colour UltraChrome HDX ink system reproduces up to 99% of the Pantone range.

The inline spectrophotometer automatically calibrates the device and verifies compliance with FOGRA 39 and ISO 12647-7. A proof signed by the client becomes the reference standard for production.

Process · step by step

From brief to finished print run.

01

Brief & quote

You describe the project: print run, format, finishing options, substrate and deadline. Based on the brief, we prepare a free quote and select the appropriate production technology.

02

File preparation

We check and prepare files for print: bleed correctness, colour mode, resolution and compatibility with the production technology. We assist with corrections when needed.

03

File approval

Before production you receive the prepared files for final approval. Only after sign-off does the order proceed to proofing or production.

04

Proof print

We produce a colour proof compliant with FOGRA / ISO standards so you can verify colours and the final result before the print run begins.

05

Print & finishing

We carry out printing and all finishing processes: laminating, hot stamping, embossing, die-cutting, gluing and other enhancements — all under one roof of supervision.

06

Quality check & dispatch

Every order undergoes quality control and careful packing in line with project requirements. The finished print run is delivered by DTL's own transport, by courier, or prepared for client collection.
